Locked your keys in your car?

window.jpg Try and get a security guard (especially if you are in shopping mall) to open the door for you - a metal hanger would come in useful. If there's no such person about, your local friendly thief might help you out! You could even try this yourself.

  1. Remember to bend the end of the hanger that's going into your door into a hook.
  2. Presuming the window is completely shut, push the hanger up under the black rubber at the top of the window.
  3. Once you've got it under, push it through and down inside the window.
  4. With luck, you'll be able to pull up the door lock.

Ask your local friendly
thief to help you out!

If the engine is still running, then you should put something like newspaper in the exhaust pipe; this will cause the engine to stop running. Why should you do so? Just imagine that the engine has already been running for quite a while. If you don't try to stop it, the engine will end up being damaged more than what it already is! Call the AA to help you.

A real story:
I remember the other day when my friends and I were on our way home, we saw that one of our friends had locked his keys in his car and it was still running… It's hard to believe, but it happens.
