We women (should) all think ourselves indestructible. But alas and alack, bad things happen to good people. So, be sure to have these things in your car for those bad car days:

• Jump-start cables
• Spare tire (make sure that it is in working condition)
  
• Jack
• Cell phone (if you have one)

If you own a cell phone, remember that conversation is secondary to safety. Keep your cellphone close by and ready to dial an emergency number.
